Thank you for shopping with Sixties Nostalgia. All of our products are custom-made on demand through our third-party print partner, Printful. Because items are created specifically for each order, returns and refunds are limited and must follow Printful’s fulfillment policies.
By placing an order with Sixties Nostalgia, you agree to the terms below.
1. Made-to-Order Products
Every item is produced individually when you place your order. We do not hold inventory, and items cannot be resold.
For this reason, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges like a traditional retail store.
Returns and refunds are only available in situations involving a production error, fulfillment mistake, or damage during shipping.
2. What Is Covered (Eligible Situations)
We will work with Printful to provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you in the situations below, as long as you follow the timelines under Section 5.
2.1 Misprinted, Defective, or Damaged Items
Eligible if:

The item arrives with a printing error

The item has a manufacturing defect
-
The item is visibly damaged upon arrival
Issues caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, or customer damage are not eligible.
Approved issues will be reprinted or refunded once verified.
2.2 Wrong Item Sent (Fulfillment Error)
Eligible if:

You received the wrong item, size, color, or design due to a Printful fulfillment error
We will reprint and reship the correct item at no cost to you once confirmed.
3. Lost Packages
For lost-in-transit issues, we follow Printful’s policies:

If tracking shows no movement or excessive delay, we can submit a claim.

If Printful confirms the package is lost, they will typically provide a free replacement.
Important Timelines:
Lost package claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:

Neighbors
-
Your household members
-
Your local carrier depot or post office
Printful does not cover packages marked “Delivered,” so Sixties Nostalgia is not obligated to replace or refund these orders.
Any replacement offered in these cases is optional and at our discretion.
4. What Is Not Covered (Ineligible Situations)
To stay aligned with Printful’s rules, we cannot offer free returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases.
4.1 Buyer’s Remorse / Change of Mind
Not eligible if:

You decide you no longer want the item

You ordered the wrong design or variant
-
You simply don’t like the product in person
Printful does not cover returns for preference-based reasons.
4.2 Size or Fit Issues
Not eligible if:

You ordered the wrong size
-
The item fits differently than expected
Printful does not allow size exchanges.
Please check all size charts carefully before ordering.
4.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Not eligible if:
-
The address provided at checkout is wrong, incomplete, or undeliverable
If a package is returned due to address issues, you will be responsible for:

Paying reshipment costs

Providing a corrected address
Refunds are not available for address errors
4.4 Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to Printful, you will be responsible for reshipment costs if you want it resent. Unclaimed items may be donated or recycled by Printful after a set period.
5. Time Limits for Reporting Issues
To ensure we can work with Printful effectively, you must contact us:

Within 30 days of receiving your order for damaged, misprinted, or defective items

Within 30 days after the estimated delivery date for packages lost in transit
Issues reported outside these windows may be denied under Printful’s policies.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To qualify for support under this policy, you agree to:

Inspect your order promptly upon delivery

Report any issues within required timelines

Provide all requested information, including:

Order number
-
Description of the issue
-
Clear photos showing the problem
-

Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order
-
Keep packaging and labels until the issue is resolved
Missing information may result in claim denial.
7. How to Report a Problem
If your order qualifies under Section 2, email us at info@sixtiesnostalgia.com with:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the defect/damage/misprint (if applicable)
We will review your request and, if eligible, submit a claim to Printful on your behalf.
Once Printful confirms eligibility, we will either:

Issue a free replacement, or
-
Refund the order (depending on the situation)
8. Return Shipping & Addresses
Do not return any products to the address on your shipping label.
This location belongs to Printful’s fulfillment facility, not Sixties Nostalgia.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected, disposed of, or donated and may not qualify for a refund.
If a physical return is required (rare), we will provide the correct address and instructions.
9. Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders begin production quickly.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed.
If production has begun or the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or altered and will fall under this policy.
10. Refund Processing
For approved refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
If a replacement is approved, it will be sent to the same shipping address unless we confirm otherwise.
11. Legal Rights, Entity, & Jurisdiction
Sixties Nostalgia is owned and operated by Consumer Engagement Solutions, LLC.
This policy is designed to align with Printful’s fulfillment and return requirements so that Sixties Nostalgia is not responsible for costs or obligations that Printful does not cover.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
